The staff here were incredibly helpful, and the room I had was spacious, air-conditioned, with a comfortable queen-size bed, and offered a nice view over the Prati district. They gave a superior room with a bathtub and balcony plus 2 bathrooms as we booked. Exceptional service was provided here. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The service in the restaurant was very friendly.

Since we got the wrong room, a man at the reception always used 'yes but...'. He said it was this room we booked, which was wrong. We turned to his superior and he credited us a sum. Nevertheless we only got back 120€ for 6 nights, and that over New Year. In my opinion, something went wrong.

The hotel was recently renovated and well-appointed. It had an amazing location close to many shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife. - the room was fashionable with an excellent bed. - I had a pleasant stay.

Hotel in a calm and quiet zone. Located in between the Vatican and the historical zone. Majority of historical places reacheable in a walking distance. For the others, Metro station in less than 100 meters. Very clean and confortable. Good breakfast. Friendly and competent personnel. It has free wi-fi in the lobby.

Unfortunately the wellness area was closed. On the breakfast table the small garbage can was missing.

The rooms are neat and soundproof, with the added bonus of a balcony. Personalized photos in the rooms add a special touch.3. The breakfast is both large and delicious, offering a wide selection of food.

The first night we were close to the lift and some students were speacking in the corridor at 3am. But the staff change us the room and it was fantastic
